BIG week!

Well, it's been months since i've written on here... seems like i let it become more of abbie dot com rather than paulandabbie . com

It has been a very interesting, crazy, challenging, stretching, growing few months and this week in particular has been a BIG week. On monday we officially sold our house in Billings that i've had since even before Abbie and I started dating. Today we bought our first home TOGETHER as a family! We are super excited for April 15 ... I am renaming it from tax day to MOVE IN day! Finally after what will have been over 6 months of our family living in limbo, out of boxes and bags, and other peoples houses, we will finally be back living in our own home together. We are thankful for the generosity of so many friends and family over these past few months in particular. The journey has not been one I or we would have chosen, but we are grateful for where we are and the journey that lies ahead.

It would have been an even bigger week as we were supposed to have an ultrasound on Tuesday to find out if our little one on the way is a boy or girl, but I guess God decided that was a little too much excitement for one week (and the doctors office postponed Abbie's appointment), so we get to go find out this coming Tuesday instead!

Powerful Verse

Revelation 5:9-10 And they sang a new song: "You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation. 10 You have made them to be a kingdom and preists to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth."

I am studying Revelation right now. Chapter 5 made me tear up and feel the gratefulness of what Christ has done. The redemption story is so very powerful. Sometimes in my daily life it gets lost. I challenge you today to take in the redemption story from beginning to end and thank God. Praise Him!

Found a House!

Yep, we made an offer on a house and it was accepted! We are so excited that God has all things in control! I am going to see if I can find some pictures to post. Praise the Lord!

And the Journey Continues!

Here is a quick update... 

10. Paul is now the pastor of missions and outreach at Harvest Springs Church in Great Falls.

9. Paul is now living in Great Falls

9. I am living with my parents at the moment until I can move up to Great Falls.

8. We bought a car by trading in our Honda.

7. We bought a  second car in Bozeman on 1/10/11

6. We sold our house on 1/10/11

5. We finished our will on 1/11/11

4. Praying that baby is continuing to grow in my belly and be healthy! 

3. Zoë is talking ALL the time, and has such a vibrant personality!

2. Beginning to pack things away, if you have any extra boxes send them our way!
