Our Dogs

OK, We have two wonderful and fun filled dogs... but they are really trying me right now. They are both wood eaters and I can't think of how to stop them from chewing wood in our back yard. They have piece by piece dismantled our deck... our fence... our trees...it is crazy! So, if anyone knows of a good trick to use please let us know! (they look so innocent!! but they are not!!)

So last week I got the urgency feeling about getting things ready for the baby before leaving for MN this Sunday... so the baby room got organized, furniture assembled and rearranged, and the "to get" list started getting checked off, starting with ordering the car seat, carrier, and stroller from Amazon.com. I was all excited today as the order was scheduled to arrive in Billings. I jumped online to track the package and found the following message

Order Status: Delayed. Delay is due to weather or natural disaster.

What? It was in the 70's this weekend here. the packaged shipped from Indiana, coming through Illinois. What natural disaster did I miss between Illinois and Billings? I hope it comes soon, before there really is a disaster.

AWESOME CAKE!

I had to show this cake! I had a very sweet shower thrown for me by some of my friends last week. (Tracie and Natalie) I had to brag about the talent that Natalie has in making cakes. It was seriously amazing! No one wanted to cut into it because it looked so pretty, but when they did, not only was it gorgeous it tasted wonderful! So, if you are needing a wedding coordinator, someone to organize a party, decorate, make a cake etc. Natalie is your girl. Enjoy the darling cake!

Another Week

The week has gone by fast. Friday we had off of school, so Paul and I were able to get the baby nursery ready. It looks surreal. I still can't believe that I am actually having a baby! What a blessing! Wednesday I came down with something icky, I felt a bit better Thursday but come Friday I felt like I was hit by a train... yuck! I hate not feeling well. Anyway, I am enjoying a little bit of time off. Luke came over tonight to hang out while mom and dad were gone. It is fun to have him over just to talk. He looked at a name book that Tracie gave us to use. I told him to try to pick out a name... he struggled. :-) Have a wonderful weekend and a great Easter.
